You have a lot to learn if you think the US Department of Justice doesn't put out factual errors in press releases to help promote themselves and bolster their story.

The charges were contained in separate indictments

Wrong, charges were originally contained in a single indictment. They then split it into two cases to cause me to defend two cases in parallel.

Foley illegally produced the products

The production of these game packs was not illegal. We proved that I had the legal right to manufacture them in court.

Global VR, which had previously acquired all rights to produce and sell games under the UltraCade name

Wrong. Global VR only acquired a non-exclusive contract to produce games under the UltraCade name. The contracts were entered as part of the evidence chain, and the owner of game pack IP testified that he never gave Global VR exclusive rights to it. Further to this point, Global VR continued to pay me and others royalties on game pack sales that they made because they did not have the exclusive rights, and only had non-exclusive licenses from us.

False. My loan applications were submitted while I was at Global VR, and my loan was approved, and issued while I was still at Global VR. My loan had already been issued before I was fired from Global VR. I closed escrow after I was fired from Global VR.

I admitted what I did wrong, and that is in the court records which are public. I disagree, and always have, with the twisting of the story by sources other than the court records.
