so for awhile now my L2 has shown:

VFIN .002 10K
NITE .002 61K

on the ask. Is this just an etrade problem? I see a lot of trades are going through at .0021

edit: i've restarted L2 already and switch back and forth between different tickers but it still doesn't change.
