The bylaws that you quoted to me said, "removal of officers"...nowhere did it say removal of directors, chairman of the board...you show me...thanks.

As I said in my last post, I don't think Manu was removed as a director, he couldn't be. The 8K states he was removed as officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Board. I don't think for one minute Manu was running away.

I already provided you the by-law about electing officers. Here's what the by-laws (section 3.3) say about electing Chairman. Remember, Manu can only use those 250 votes per preferred share, to vote on things that the shareholders vote on.

There shall be a Chairman of the Board, who has been elected from among the directors. The Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the stockholders and of the Board of Directors. The Chairman shall have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors.
