This sort of looks like PPJ abandoned their previous plans to distribute incentive shares only to long-term holders of PPJE, and are now going to distribute incentive shares to EVERYONE if they have been holding at all since 10/25/2013.

Maybe now I am eligible (as would everyone else who is now holding PPJE)?
