Mr Tech Russ,
You posted on RB: "I have also said the reason is they are almost always bad news is the companies that use them are most often distressed and more often than not they have VERY large floats with prospects of issuing much more stock to stay alive. This is NOT the case with NMKT."
I disagree with you totally. I think that this is EXACTLY the case with NMKT, and a new exchange will NOT correct the problem until PV corrects the problem of being wayyyyyy to free with handing out shares to anyone and his brother and for every interesting, underperforming entity he diecides he wants to devour to put under his NMKT umbrella. Only until he starts making these companies become profitable quicky and add to the botttom line, will this plan start to cause share price to go up. Until then, our price will continue to depreciate, no matter what exchange we are on, or whether or not we do a RS. A RS will only exacerbate the problem, and then we are back to the same problem on a diferent exchange.

Correct the problems within how the company is handling its funding or funds available before asking respectable investors to look at you as a respectable company. So far, it has all been merely words, with a WHOLE LOT of DILUTION - thus lower share price. Not short selling, not naked shorting, not a conspiracy, other than the director of the company keeps giving our investment monies away for way too much shopping around than he, or we, can afford.

Why you people are so eager to let the issue be distracted from the REAL ISSUES staring you in the face with every increase in OS, I do not know, other than wanting to stick your heads in the sand. Pull it out guy and tell PV to keep our shares at the level they are at, or decrease them (as he SAYS he is going to do) and only buy companies with monies that he has on hand until he can show consistently increasing profits on the bottom line. Then he can barter off some of our shares, and only then.

No RS.
No AMEX until we are respecable enough to earn it, and that will be when our share price goes from this .33 to $1+ on its own merits, not some maneuvering that the company manages to pull off. The AMEX knows this, and I think PV has been told this, and THAT is why he has started to finally work on reducing the overhang, rather than do a RS. A RS will still yield a measly company that does not deserve the respect of a listing on the AMEX A company with a boatload of shares flooding the market every quarter for unproductive attemps at respectability. A company that just continues to take monies from individual investors and put it into pipe dreams that do not pay their own ways.
Oh, and also, this comapny has a very bad history of not keeping its word with what it tells itsinvestors to expect. This also has to change before it deserves any real respect that can be shown in share price appreciation.
Once the dilution ENDS and investors can have some measure of trust in what the company says it is going to achieve, THEN and only then, the AMEX may consider that we are a company worthy to play in their ball park.

This is the ONLY way to achieve an AMEX listing, IMHO.
