im not really upto speed on the workings of ptsc but i do see it has been trding sideway in this channel which shows people are holding i also see that the selling went down and buying continues to be steady imo its waiting for news or rumor of news but shows stability in this range...

sorry i cant offer more but im not up to speed on that particular stock....
