I'm not sure that where Chev/Exxon drilled was a Prospect. Maybe it wasn't even a Lead. They probably know most this higher quality oil runs the fault line going through B2 and B4, and Chev/Exxon and just wanted to see if any straddled over into their territory. LOL

Actually, I think if there are billion barrel fields on the outskirts, i.e, OBO, APKO, how much is the motherload that runs the fault ???
