...simply...not gonna happen. Plus, they're doing the phases completely out of order. What they should have done, right when kop came on board, 6 months ago, was...flip Phase 4 to Phase 1...as mdnt's number one priority...as a concert venue...with kop's connections getting revenues flowing in, immediately, using the "grounds" as a "woodstock", "burning man"...East BurningNoStock, lOl, if you will, with a simple dirt road leading to the ampitheater-type-beautiful-LEAF festivals, with giant digital signs displaying the end-dream-scheme of HollyLand (Hollywood meets Disneyland)...along the road, at the LEAF...to all the concert goers, entertainers...all the while filming the events, in 4K, of course, for live releases of the big name bands and the indie groups...again, bringing in immediate revenues and possibly profits making the massive dilution, likely from the gc, unnecessary (100% against the real scheme, though)...and giving all real investors a shot at retirement in 3-4 years...but, nooooo, 28 "full time consultants" couldn't come up with that idea...and neither could kop, lOl...
