Sounds like they are running away from the US Market. lol.

This is just the typical Hail Mary pass PR a suspended pink pukes out just before open to stem the blood flow. It's not even about generating buying pressure, it is only about reducing selling pressure and getting people to hold so there is less competition as the insiders unload.

This company has misled with unfulfilled promises since day one. This PR is no different.

This is likely the highest volume day SKTO will see going forward. Liquidity will start to erode...it is only a question of how quickly it does.
