The Canadian market? Saaaweeeeet!!! It's a genius idea. Now being on this market will allow us out of the greys and ironically put us back in the OTC market.

Stocks on foreign exchanges still trade in the gray market through U.S. brokers.

Further, the SEC commonly suspends stocks that the Canadians suspended first. Seems that the folks at the SEC have figured out that an easy way to target investigations toward stocks worthy of suspensions is to piggyback upon the work of other stock regulation agencies.

Do you really expect that the Canadians are not equally as smart?

If this morning's PR is not just B.S. designed to create hype, you can bet that a Canadian stock suspension will be soon in SKTO's future if they attempt to re-home the stock on the Canadian stock exchange...
