in being a decent public company, they seriously need to step up
their game.
90 days to complete a ticker change is unacceptable (considering it
was their fault it didn't go through in the first place). Give the
paperwork to your attorney and get it done right the first time IMO.
Also, who announces a dividend record date and then doesn't even
have FINRA approval to pay it out? I mean really... I've only ever
been on the outside of public company management, but even I know
it's always best to get FINRA approval BEFORE you offer a dividend.
Completely avoidable knucklehead mistakes done by incompetent CEOs
over the last 6 months.
Sort of reminds me of the American government over the last 6 years.
