No question it's not been easy for KMAG longs, but it seems clear by all of JR's communications recently that we are VERY close.

We all want the PR, but no one has more at stake in this than JR himself, so rest assured, he is doing everything he can to get this done....as always, there are things that are simply not in his control that are most certainly holding this up..

We have a government that is simply put, OUT OF CONTROL, and I have no doubt that is the main problem plaguing KMAG. Anyone that has paid attention can see the many, many examples of government overreach and lawlessness. Fortunately, as seen in recent polling, perhaps the American public is finally waking up (although I remain pessimistic because of the multitude of 'zero-information' voters - example: last election).

And, imo, the filing will only be the first step of a continued process that will probably take many more months. Those that really want the big payoff here will have to continue to display the tenacity that has been shown by so many for so long.
