Well, it appears giants like SHPG have no problem reporting a rejection of a buyout(notice up $28.00 in PM) but PPHM has rejected(?) offers(multiple?) of something by many BPs because they don't want to let anyone know we're worth more?! Seriously IMO that has NOT happened. Bios LOVE talk of buyouts(partnerships),that's how they explode in PPS then they can sell ATM into STRENGTH> It is my opinion only but I could not hold my tongue any longer.
