This guy is either lost all his marbles or something is happening here that none of us has uncovered. It just doesn't make any sense. He must think that all the market participants are dilutional, no pun intended, to think he can flood the market with shares, at this point, to keep his company alive. Could he be that uninformed, or are we missing something???
