When is the court ruling expected? Any price projections for this stock if verdict for $7 million?

The trial is currently scheduled to begin on July 7th. The lawyers have asked for 15 court days to present their cases. So, if the beginning of the trial is not delayed, there should be a decision no later than July 25th.

Last Monday, Joe Burmeister contacted PPJ's transfer agent, and was told that the stock structure was as follows:

Authorized Shares (A/S): 4 billion
Outstanding Shares (O/S): 1.263 billion
Restricted Shares: 479 million
Float = (O/S - Restricted) = approx 784 million

The current Price Per Share (PPS) of PPJE is $0.0010.
O/S x PPS = 1,265,000,000 x $0.0010 = $1,265,000.
So, the current market capitalization of PPJE = $1,265,000.

If there was a judgment for the entire $26 million requested in the lawsuit, the market cap of PPJE would be:
$1,265,000 + $26,000,000 = $27,265,000.

That would provide a book value for PPJE stock of $0.0215.
(Market Cap / Outstanding Shares) = ($27,265,000 / 1,263,000,000)

I will leave it for you to determine what effect any partial judgement scenarios (like your $7 million) should have on the stock price.

Was looking to buy all day today, but waited. Hopeing to load 3-5 million under .001 if possible. If this breaks .0013 in the am i may have to chase.

If you want into PPJE tomorrow (Friday), then I would suggest that you look at the market price at 9:45am Eastern time (15 minutes after market open), add a tick or two to that share price, and put in a limit buy order for that amount.

If you wanted shares reliably below $0.0010, then it probably would have been a good idea to buy last Wednesday. You didn't do that, so you missed a good bit of profit potential by waiting.

Of course, last time this stock ran (March 21st), it went to $0.0026, and the time before that (January 21st), when Money Runners joined in with a pump, PPJE went to $0.0069. No promises that any of that will happen this time, but at least we know it is possible because it has already happened. You can confirm this by looking at the 6 month chart for PPJE.
