Exactly, half of those "PRs" were just filings of 8-K, 14C(PRE), 10Q, and the famous 14C(DEF). Housekeeping stuff, especially when APT moved in the FROZ shell.
All this talk of these IR shares, they should be more than half-way done. The Fins in early July will hopefully have some info on the status. Even if IR gets "true up" shares, sure it will hit the PPS; but eventually, IR will be GONE!
The next order of business for APT when IR is gone is to grab all those shares [and another billion to boot] -- and retire them!

Alot of stuff on the plate and it's going to take time, but the patient will be rewarded. Can't wait for Q3 and Q4. . . and Q1 2015.
