No, but there was an effect notice on an S-1 that's been old news for a long time. Looking at todays chart, there were some big block buys early, and several big block sales in rapid succession at EOD. Looks like maybe newbie(s), no DD, was chasing and saw the news info on the effect notice along with the big decline and sold in panic. Feel sorry for them if that in fact happened, because not only did they lose money, the loss will be a non-deductible wash sale.
