Sure--last minute rescheduling is also possible in some situations, saw it many times in BK cases. The important thing though, and I think we can agree, is that even if that were to happen, it does not hinder TSB's ability to roll out its business plan. It's rolling with or without the case.

Another observation I'd like to share with you is the fact that there is a strong core of very experienced investors/shareholders who will support AP/TSB throughout this whole process. We don't post everyday nor watch trading but we are here.

Also true is the fact that we also get frustrated just like you and our negative comments are borne from that. It is totally understood.
