No, by law he can reschedule at least 3 times as I understand it. After the 3rd time the Judge can force him to appear and if he doesn't he can be jailed. But the rescheduling process if Huffman goes that route could easily extend this 6 months + and then i presume on the final notice he would just drop the whole thing. I dont see why he wouldn't do this just to keep being a thorn in Ap's side... let's see
