Not having remote excess to a shareholders meeting especially
The company in which one owns stock is in my opinion not acceptable.

I agree with shark that it most likely was an oversight and should have been thought out better,

With that being said I'm looking forward to some news or other happens with this company, and hopefully all positive reports.
