Yes, that's the same Gordon McDougall. However, once the acquisition is complete, the Spiral Toys CEO will replace him as Rocap Marketing CEO (June 30 pending). My hope is that McDougall now returns his focus to growing Democratique/Bitzio, and with a new (and clearly talented) partner in his pocket!
