I would hope for example that if the edgar file is May 25th, PBLS announces the meeting 30 day's prior to this filing, then the actual date would be approx. 30 days past May 25th. That way they give shareholders approx. 30 days to study the 10k.
It will save a lot of investor headaches along with phone calls to PBLS regarding immediate questions which will arise from the filed report. If PBLS thinks of it this way, both parties will have a lot to discuss, and participation will be a lot more meaningful.
Work can be done prior to the meeting on management's part regarding any questions which may arise, and quite possibly a question sheet sent by Aus/Others 10-days after we review the online 10k filing.
Those that attend don't want to fire needless questions for hours, and those who are to be 'drilled', shouldn't be caught off guard. Enough tough questions should be developed before had to keep this part of it clean and to the point.
Getting PA to advance such a progam may be difficult, but for the betterment of the SHM, let's hope something like this is accomplished in a timely manner.
