Should JB/BOD/LBSR get Uncle Sam to spring for the RREs, we wont need a JV partner because big money will follow just to get into a Gov certified project, the partnership would be radically in the favor of JB&BOD&LBSR counting the percentages factor. All financiers whom would then enter the fray would be limited financial partners and yes JB&BOD could handel the advancment of the mining processes (which i would really love to see here).

FWIW, i say the students discover the HM claims of the non-ferrious metals and JB&BOD grow with the aide of Financial investors the claims laiden with RREs. AIMHO<> LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!
