"If they stay in business." Many mREITs have disappeared over the decades I've followed this group. As always, the worst losers disappear and are quickly forgotten by the masses.

I sure hope you're not equating ANY speculative investment with "buying groceries."

You don't see Warren Buffett buying these gimmick funds.
