.....MTOR and ABCP were lifeless before STIPULATIONS........

....just saying......there is a precedent to a stock which seemingly has no pulse and the FDIC is lurking behind the scenes.....

...kinda wish I had a few hundred shares of UWBKQ........I could have higher quality cocktails in the event of a CSSA........

...wonder why liana and kirby just quit our case and walked away after filing the NOA........maybe they believed the case was DEAD and not worth pursuing............................OR perhaps the attorneys were instructed to resign the case as part of the CSSA.......I'll be doggone.......................Guy quit, not our beagles.........keep forgetting that.............................
