Unfortunately, in my estimation, the size of the study (the N value) will not be able to generate a statistically significant result (the P value) sufficient to "excite the FDA". While I guardedly share your optimism, I believe the path to market will be a bit longer than you are perhaps suggesting.
That being said, on this point I hope you are right and I am wrong!
