I think they need to do a 100 to one forward split and at .0035 they would get many IHUB players. Maybe here they attract some penny players. The story at WMHI is enormous and the float only 1.7 million shares. They are closing on a Factory in a JV deal in California. Also doing some kind of merger with China Mobile( largest cell carrier in the world) this month for their battery division.

One thing that got me interested in this stock was that Dr. Thomas Lu, an award winning NASA scientist ran R&D for WMHI. There is something up at their labs as he probably is doing and completing development on a higher energy output and storage for lithium ion batteries. Maybe something to do with Tesla? If successful WMHI becomes a NYSE company. Dr. Lu kinds do not work at penny stock companies. I also checked him out at DOD and Cal tech and Jet Propulsion Lab. He is a top man there. He has top security rating at DOD as well for their optical tracking(drones?) dept. He also worked on Mars Rover for NASA.

This stock is going to surprise everyone.
