I emailed Mr. Parkin today, I told him I read and posted here so I don't think he will mind me posting his responce here. Nothing realy new, but I was very happy that he took the time to get back to me.

Gold mining in Alaska is very similar to mining in Russia and in Canada.

I apologize for not having the web site up and running. It was indeed promised but matters in Russia took up much of my time.

I will be working this weekend on the web site.

The financial reports are being worked on---the department for public companies within RSM’s audit/evaluation department was abnormally flooded with work that we referred to it.

News will be released next week and we trust that the other two items follow right after.

It would seem by this responce that the idea of a pending buyout is not the reason for the delays. I like the idea of him working on the web page himself, hands on. He answered every question I asked him, and did so in a very timly maner. I feel this is a solid investment, and we will see the pot of gold at the end of this rainbow.
