For WMHI it is.
Looking for much more . Problem is that no one wants to sell any real numbers down at 35 cents. Almost all stock over last several months traded between 1 buck and 2.50.
Maybe we get lucky here. I grabbed some at 40 and want some more at 35.
.51 is also very cheap but only 2500 showing then a buck.

Rumors are
1) Merger deal announcement with China Mobile for lithium ion division.
2) JV announcement on battery factory in California
