Wrong anyone trading subpenny stock for very long know that stocks go up and down based on speculations, test runs, prototypes, partnerships, etc. That is what subpenny stocks do best. Most of subpenny land are made of of companies just starting out or restarting and people invest in them base on what they may do not what they have accomplished because they haven't had a chance. Some of the biggest runs have been on forward looking PRs.
