So, as I understand what Atty Kogan wrote...James Scott Tassan did the financials from whatever eddie told him to write down. It doesnt say from "former CEO Ed Vakser ".. It says "...Ed Vakser CEO..." BIG DIFFERENCE...Does Luther know he has been replaced as CEO... Eddie did the same thing at PBHG.. almost 2 yrs ago he resigned as CEO from there and was replaced only to show up again late last year saying he's the CEO again without any PR saying he was Back
