They were able to get him because he knows that when they sell out to the big guys the stock will be at $75. That will be about 25M-30M in Tigers pocket for about 2-3 years worth of endorsements.

This is a great sign as well. I also think that the price could be capped to allow the company to price the shares as reasonable as possible for Tiger.
