My theory on Tarvy AV and current events...

As we know they measured viral load, I think the results were better than expected. I think tarvy's MOA is causing extended benefit and cascading effect.

We know that a lot of AV drugs need constant, repeat dosing to build on the drugs effect and wipe out the infection (assuming it can wipe out the virus in a durable way). When you stop dosing, virus comes back, etc...

We know that tarvy stimulates the immune system and can eradicate the virus and cause lasting immunity in mice with some of the nastiest stuff there is.

I believe in P1, the viral load continued to improve at subsequent intervals and sustained the effect longer than anticipated from a single dose due to a cascading effect of drug and immune system response. I believe with higher doses, effect was greater and longer. I think they are considering the higher single dose in order to determine if they can cause a big enough cascade effect for a single dose or limited multiple doses to cause cure.

I think from the results they've seen, the BOD needed to protect the commpany from a quick takeover once the results become public - thus the shareholder rights.

Time will tell.

Okay, I'll wake up now.
