ronin: FDA did NOT grant priority voucher. Orphan drug status is VERY different. Priority vouchers are only given AFTER the company has successfully brought ANOTHER drug to market. The FDA gives the priority review as a "thank you" to the company for addressing an orphan disease with their other first drug.

First you bring an orphan disease treatment to market and THEN you are given a priority review voucher.

NNVC has done neither.

And if one prefers scheme vs. scam, that's ok. Either way, we all know what fraud is, generally speaking.
