Scenario:

1. Sid tries to cash the bonds.
2. ING says they are fake and he cannot cash them out. ING also says since the bonds are fake we will let you keep the bonds anyway.
3. Sid tries a second time to cash the bonds and ING says the bonds are fake but we will let you keep the bonds again so you can try and keep cashing them out. No charges filed.

So Sid keeps trying to cash out the fake bonds that ING let him keep after they told Sid they were fake. LOLZ!

ING cannot prove they are fake so they do nothing but try and put the issue into the legal system hoping Sid will never be able to take them to court.

THE REAL TRUTH! ING cannot take the bonds and ING will let Sid keep the bonds because ING cannot prove sh$$.
