To keep it straight ... i'd put my nickle on the NSCC/DTC waiting for a judge to put a stamp on the cert case before they offer the 'full steam ahead' call.

That being said ... Besado launch scheduled for August, court hearing scheduled for August ... seems safe to say that these are the lazy days of summer till August comes rolling around.
