When I finally decided to go to SEC 6 months ago, Michael Molen called me & offered me to give me shares+money worth of my loss in the VEGA. I signed a non-disclosure agreement with him preventing me to write on message board. Sometimee Molen forced me to post something good about VEGA and I did.
He kept on lying that Transfer Agent has already been ordered for shares. One fine day he told me that shares has been mailed to my address, when I asked for fedex he said its sent from normal US post. later when I called the Transfer agent, Salt Lake , UT they told me that shares has not been issued. Then he told me to send some money for my loss in VEGA and he never did.
In the meantime I started communicating to some other investors and came to know that he has done with many of them, he sents a letter from his lawyer if you don't follow the section 10 of his agreement which prevents you to write anything about Molen and VEGA.
I digged into this, contacted various people & organizations involved with him starting from Michael Hernon, Michael Knauff, Robert Chew, Daniel Wilcox, ARE Engineers, Robery Clark, Phillip Markt, contacted secretary of states of Georgia and Indiana & tifty Chambers of commerce.
All of them leads to only one thing. VEGA is a scam. I got letter from Brazil and China that the companies Michael Molen claimed to have joint ventures don't exist. Google those names you will only find the Molen Press release and nothing more. I tracked down Penny stock Chaser and found that they were given shares to pump VEGA which is already charged by SEC.
Molen has leased no land, no plants, no license & nothing has been done in ast 3 years other than pump 100 times & making millions of dollars. Intresting thing is that Molen didn't pay a single cent to any of them who worked with him in past, he just signs agreement, make some promises pump shares, makes money and then kicks them out. BUMMMMM .
I also came to know that on the name of ompletion of plant in Tifton Georgia, Molen has at least 1/2 million dollars. Contact me & prove you are not working for Molen and you can walk with me to the FBI office where I am going to submit these evidences.
I contacted few lawyers in NYC, they all say that they can easily win the case but the litigation costs over 60K dollars, more than my investment. Finally I had to knock the door of FBI and Attorney General and they are helping me out. I am hopeful that justice is on its way and I want everyone who believe VEGA is a scam to come with us and get the justice. Molen has to pay the price for this fraud.
