I thing there is nothing fishy here. If you read the previously put out news you will know that a privatly own Pharmacutical company has bought FOGC shell inorder to go public. When they do the name change and organize themself they would appoint the officials to run this in a proper manner. Some time people write here to confuse the investor to drive them away. Please give them little time to organize this to run properly. I thing this has a good potential to go up in value very soon
