If you want to Day trade this instrument just have the SPY chart open, it almost inversely identically follows that chart. I don't even look at the VIX anymore. I was going to short at 3.45 I chickened out at the last second because of the FED announcement coming up, I shouldn't have that is for sure. I am angry to say the least.
