You won't know! You can bang on all you want, but you won't know what his arrangements are with the IRS, unless he gives you permission. Yes, he shows his debt/what he owes the IRS on his financials and he shows what his payments are to the IRS, but you won't be privy to his tax return and his arrangement, unless he let's you. That's between him and the IRS. And as long as the IRS is getting paid, they won't be speaking about his debt, unless taken to court.

if I wanted to know about his debt...there are public records about unpaid taxex that can be accessed.


Yes, you neighbor's house taxes being unpaid are public record, but if he did not withhold enough, you won't know that, unless he gives you permission. And yes, you may be able to access his credit report to see his debt and payments and any liens, but his tax return is between him and the IRS and so is his payment arrangement, unless he allows you access.

I may not have dates but the IRS will be bringing him to justice
