How so? Everything is rumor at this point based on filings with Nevada SoS. most big time investors/traders will not invest based on that they will wait till confirmation before dipping their toe in. i have seen many RM spike from trips to the .002-.005 range and sit there until concrete news hits. this is acting like many other reverse merger plays.
