There is no standard time to process a 211 (the form submitted to make the change, if I am correct on that) and clear the market maker to begin quoting a security on the OTCBB using the new symbol.

The time it takes to review a 211 may vary significantly depending on many factors including whether or not FINRA has to request additional information from the market maker that submitted the form and upon how long it takes the market maker to respond to requests for additional information.

So the short answer is unfortunately... no one really knows. It's all based on how fast other people can do their job and how effectively.

I doubt the company would have announced it if it was not coming up soon... No stockholder likes a boy that cried wolf... especially if that wolf is on WallStreet. ;)
