Just a little DD on the new CEO and Director Michael James. He is the owner of James Geoenvironmental Services. He is current on his geologist license in the state of Oregon but it appears he may have let it lapse a time or two. His business address appears to be a 6 unit apartment.

Reading back through some of the filings from when the company was trying to dabble in gold after the car detailing business, it is my personal opinion that Mr. James did some work for them in South America that they were not able to compensate him for so they appointed him as CEO and gave him the CEO title and shares to dump onto the market for payment. Of course there could be other explanations.
