Pinchin and his family raped this company over the past 1 1/2 yrs and used it for his own personal atm, he issued all the notes to himself and to SC LLc which was run by his sis in law. With him gone, most likely no more notes issued and no more dilution except for the remaining notes. Aruda is prob trying to clean up this train wreck before moving forward with his plans, which could poss be a RM for Santa Rosa, if so this thing could really fly imho.
