I agree, have seen this before with a pending reverse merger. The incoming company doesn't want a bunch of notes out there waiting to be cashed in, so part of the negotiation/dealmaking process is to get those things converted and into the market before the deal closes.

Let's hope that last big dump this morning before VFIN moved off the ask back to .02 was it throwing the rest of what it's got into the bid and it will stay gone now for awhile.

I'm still adding here. Don't mind buying up some of the old debt because it will provide nice returns later this year.

Remember people, the LOI was issued on 4/30 and gave a 90-day expectation to close. That's end-of-July. Don't see why people are freaking out about some ups and downs in the teens or complaining that "something is not right here!"
