Financing Proposal Received


Vancouver, BC, May 22, 2003 … The Board of Directors wishes to announce that a financing offer regarding the Alto de Lipangue gold/copper project, Chile, has been received by Medinah Minerals. The Board of Directors and management are currently reviewing the offer and until such time as there is completion and acceptance of the proposal, no further details will be forthcoming.
