Do either or both of these activities rise to the level of violating securities laws for any 1933 registrant as you have reported Pershing PGLC is?

I know you are busy, but sure would appreciate a clarifying response to what appears to be counter to market discovery pricing mechanisms in the first instance, and non-level playing field for all shareholders in the second.
