It will be interesting to learn if these companies to be acquired have bought and hold in their balance sheets common stock of GNCP purchased at such a low price. Say--4 or 5 Billion shares--then after the sale is consummated GNCP would have effectively bought back shares indirectly to the benefit of the shareholders--just a thought.
