VRNG is trying to license patents to ZTE. That does not sound like AT to me.
Is the problem that VRNG has not gone after other manufacturers with these patents?
I think VRNG intends to do that as soon as they are successful in licensing them to ZTE. Then, they can say to whoever's next, Samsung?, here is how much ZTE is paying.
