I really would think twice about a reverse split without revenue. In 52 years of investing, 42 of them in the business, I have never seen a reverse split work to the interest of share holders. If you have no revenue, the stock declines almost immediately after the split and old lows are taken out. To wit - Delcath had a 1-16 reverse split in April 2014 and has declined more than 30% in value with no end in sight. It gains you nothing in the end without revenue.
